Biography:
Bleed Someone Dry was born from Revolt’s ashes, in Pistoia, Italy, at the end of 2006, when Jonny and Rubenrespectively on guitar and on drums joined the band. We completed a within revolutionbecause ofthe departure of the drummer Giacomo who decided to leave the band moving for his own job reason to France. We were caught by surprise!!Just now we had found a new stronger feeling with the new album “The world is falling in tragedy” out now. We thought to have erased this bad situation when our first drummer Silvio left the band in September 2004 after years of hard work together. We built this band in august 2001 when the singer Riccardo joined the original two members Steve on guitar and Silvio on drums. The group was made complete by the joining of bassist Davide three months later.” Old blood “so was born!!! After a few gigs and contest the band grew stronger and stronger and became well- known and appreciated with the name ” Revolt”, all across Italy as a cover band for Pantera&Sepultura, playingalso with great bands like GF93, Eldritch, De Crew, H–Stricknine, Guilty Method and many more… Revolt not only concentrated on covers but also devoted themselves to composing new material, which resulted in the production of a demo in march 2003. In September 2004 Silvio abandoned the band for personal reasons and five months later was replaced by Giacomo on drums. Revolt’s ambitions didn’t end there so we decided to record our first album . “The world is falling in tragedy”, entirely self-produced. It’ s the result of our perseverance and repressed rage accumulated over the years .It consists of ten songs and was recorded and mixed from September 2005 to April 2006 at Fear Studio in Alfonsine, Ravenna by Mr.Gabry. As we mentioned before Giacomo left the band in October 2006 so we decided to strengthen more and more our sound adding on these two new members to open a new chapter.At the moment we are composing new songs for the successor of “The world is falling in tragedy”, working together with Carlo Bellotti of Alkemist- Fanatix.
